Maintenance and Fabric Team Committee
The team liaise with the Parish priest and maintain and carry out day to day operations at the:
Church, 7 Upper Gray Street
Convent, 9 Upper Gray Street,
Church Halls, 13 – 15 Upper Gray Street
The main functions are:
Daily operations and Regular Maintenance; Annual inspections, servicing, testing of fire systems and safety features.
Minor Maintenance; small repair works which can be done either by members of the team or
a local contractor.
